Our remote software TEAMVIEWER is downloading which will give us remote access to your PC.
Once the download finishes you will need to click the download to “run” it and begin the installation.
Click “Both of the above” when selecting usage type, and then accept the license agreement and click “next”.
At the “Setup Unattended Access” screen click “Next” and choose a name and password for your computer.
To best help us identify your computer, choose a descriptive name such as “John Smith Laptop” or similar.
If we have not assigned you a password on a call or text, choose “fixMYPC123” and type it again to confirm it.
Once you click “Next” you will then be shown your 9 digit Teamviewer ID and you can click “Finish”.
We now have remote access of your computer. Please call or text us to confirm the installation is complete!
